Digital service notice
Docnova is a software service and does not ship physical goods. Returns therefore apply to subscription charges and service commitments rather than physical product delivery.
Cancellations
You may cancel a self-serve subscription before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already billed unless required by law or stated in a written commercial agreement.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact billing@docnova.io with the account name, invoice number, billing email, and a short explanation of the issue.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise billing, service credits, and any negotiated refund or termination rights are governed by the applicable order form, master agreement, or invoice terms.

We may update this page as our billing model matures. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
